COL. DAVID KORCCHIA (RTD), Chairman

David Korchia is a distinguished retired Colonel of the Nigerian Army, born on

November 30, 1962, in Wukari, Taraba State, Nigeria. A devoted family man, he is married to Martha Nguyum and is a proud father to seven children. His life is a

testament to his dedication to service, family, and education.

Colonel Korchia’s illustrious military career spanned nearly three decades, during

which he ascended through the ranks, starting as a 2/Lieutenant in 1983 and

culminating in his retirement as a Colonel in 2011. His commitment to national

defense and security is reflected in his extensive training at premier military

institutions in Nigeria and abroad, including the esteemed Escola de Commando e Estado Maior de Exercito in Brazil.

In addition to his military education, Colonel Korchia is an alumnus of several

prestigious universities in Nigeria, where he furthered his academic knowledge,

equipping him with a broad perspective on strategic studies and leadership.

As a Christian, he upholds the values of integrity, honor, and faith, which have guided him both in his professional duties and personal life. His Nigerian heritage and Christian faith are central to his identity, shaping his worldview and interactions with

others.

Colonel Korchia’s life journey is a narrative of resilience, leadership, and unwavering commitment to his nation and family. His legacy continues to inspire those who aspire to serve their country with distinction and honor.

AUSTIN NONYELIM IZAGBO, PH.D, F.AES, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Izagbo holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc) in Strategic Leadership and Governance from the European American University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Public Leadership and Governance from the Umpresarial University, Costa Rica. He is a Certified Top Strategic Management Professional of Strategic Business School Lekki Lagos, Member of Nigerian Institute of Management and Fellow of the prestigious Academy for Entrepreneurial Studies.

He is the Managing Director and CEO of three successful and thriving businesses based in Lagos, Abuja with branches in some cities in Nigeria.

MAJOR EYAL TAL (RTD) DIRECTOR STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION

Reserve officer of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) Special Forces, during his Military service, Mr. Tal performed an extensive range of activities and retired as the intelligence officer of the unit. Among other things, Mr. Tal is responsible of the international tenders and other international activities of the company.

Mr. Tal is extremely experienced in business development and strategic projects, and holds a degree in Law (LLB) from Tel Aviv University.

ERIK KERTEN, SECURITY & BUSINESS EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Former member of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), (parallel to the U.S. Secret Service). During his service in the Unit, Mr. Kerten held various operational and management positions, including command of the Prime Minister's Protection Unit and units responsible for protecting Israeli and foreign dignitaries.

Mr. Kerten holds a degree in Business Administration and has considerable experience in managing both security and civil projects.

IFTACH KISSOS, DIRECTOR COUNTER TERRORISM

Former member of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), (parallel to the U.S. Secret Service). During his service in the Unit, Mr. Kissos performed an extensive range of activities as both a special agent and commander. Among other things, he was involved in establishing a special unit and specialized in undercover operations.

Mr. Kissos is extremely experienced in setting up and training security units and programs in both the government and private sectors.

BARRISTER SAMUEL YUSUF ADDA, (LEGAL ADVISER/COMPANY SECRETARY)

Samuel Y. Adda, Barrister at Law & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Notary Public was born on the 5th June, 1969 in Wukari, Taraba State of Nigeria, he had his Primary & Secondary Education in Wukari, before proceeding to the prestigious University of Lagos where he graduated in Law (LLb) in 1997.

He had a stint of Private business from 1997 to 2002 before going to the Nigeria Law School where he was called to the Bar in 2003. Barr. Adda is a member of the Institute of Security Professionals (MISP).

He is happily married and blessed with children.

PROF. DR. BENJAMIN KEFAS (B. PHARM, MSC, PHD), RESEARCH AND EDUCATION

Prof. Kefas, was educated at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. He is an educator, writer and a research scientist currently based in Virginia, USA. He has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers and an author of a book chapter. He used to be a health columnist for leadership Nigeria newspaper and is now involved in the drafting of customized educational curriculum, programs and project management.
